Michael Epstein, Principal

Michael is the Principal and President of American Compensation Service.  His goal is to help individuals, families and businesses obtain the most affordable and comprehensive heath insurance benefits. Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo and his Graduate degree from Golden Gate University. 

Michael has two daughters and enjoys spending time on the water  boating with family and friends. 

 
Janine Hostetler, Benefits Administrator

Janine joined our team after spending several years in corporate office service management.  She has been with American Compensation since 2000 focusing on Small and Large Group Employee Benefits. She obtained her life license in 2002 and provides expertise in quoting, new plan enrollment, renewal management, and client support.  When not working, Janine and her husband enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Donna Altura

Donna joined our team in 2008, after spending 25 years in the Title Insurance Industry. She came to us to help build and support our administrative staff, and obtained her CA License for Life and Health in 2009.  While she continues to conduct her administrative duties, she realized that her familiarity with the underwriting process, from her previous occupation, was a comfortable transition to Life Insurance.  Donna now processes new life insurance applications as well as service the needs of existing clients.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and gardening.

Salma Sadiq

Salma Sadiq joined American Compensation Service in Oct. 2007 after taking time off to raise her two children.  She obtained her CA License for Life and Health shortly after and has been assisting clients with their Individual Health needs.  Her prior underwriting experience helps with setting up plans for existing and new clients.  Salma enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
